Job Summary
The Product Content Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping the way users interact with and understand our product. This role is responsible for creating, managing and optimising all product-related content, including in-app copy, help center articles, product documentation, release notes and user guides. By ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with the brand’s voice, the Product Content Specialist enhances the overall user experience and drives product adoption.
Sitting within the Product team, this role acts as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Customer Support and Marketing to ensure that technical details are translated into clear, user-friendly content. The Product Content Specialist collaborates closely with these teams to refine messaging, improve onboarding experiences and provide valuable content that supports both internal teams and end users.
